This website is operated by Copper & Lace. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Copper & Lace. Copper & Lace offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”)
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
It is the Customers responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each item included in the package before consuming. We cannot guarantee that our products will be free from any allergens.
Copper & Lace will under no circumstances w be liable to any financial or physical damages, be it direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, illness or injury.
We accept no liability to any allergic reaction as a result of consuming our meals/products - this also applies to expecting mothers.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from containing your order details and invoice
Delivery addresses may not be altered once an order has been placed
We cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
We accept no liability for the loss or damage of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions
Missing items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment they used to purchase their product, or a credit will be issued for the next order.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
We require a minimum of 24 hours-notice, prior to your delivery day mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by calling 0400 859 629, failure to do so within the 24 period constitutes acceptance of the order and the full value will not be refunded.
Refused or undelivered deliveries will be returned to Copper & Lace and the customer must make arrangements for the items to be either picked up or re-delivered at their expense.
An initial deposit of 50% will be collected for your event
If notified of cancellation within 30 days, the entire deposit amount will be refunded. If notified of cancellation within 14 days, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. If notified of cancellation within 7 days, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited to Copper & Lace
The obligations and liabilities of both parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
We will refund payment if there is a confirmed error by us and you have been incorrectly charged.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
We will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. If the changes are material, we will bring this to your attention via email.
Your continued use of, or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
